I have had for 2 year but it still works like a new one. it's so incrediable that it has never burnt my hair, very good investment with it!

I had bought a FHI straightener and a GHD straightener before, the first one was broken by my son who was 3 years old that time; and I gave my GHD straightener to my sister Susan before i bought this HAI straightener, she like it very much. So far as i use it, this HAI is the best one, coz it owns a function different that it has adjustable heat to meet different needs. I dont like to use very high temperature to straighten my hair, just prevent sear damage.
