A good quality hair dryer would makes hair look better?

I can't make my hair to look like that come from the salon, even use great products in it. If I get a really good quality hair dryer would help for my hair?
Yes, having a great hair dryer makes a heck of a difference. Never settle for the cheapest product, but those made with good heat-control settings, and other good features.
The dryer and the type of brush your using all matter's in making your hair look like you just came out the salon. The soft bristles and around brush works the best with blow drying.
In some cases I think it can make a difference. Even if you have a cheap hair dryer, sometimes the attachments that it somes with can make a difference on how your hair turns out, try using them if yours came with it.
Having a good hair dryer can be the difference between having frizzy hair or silky hair. It can also help whether or not your hair dries out easily or retains some of its natural moisture.
