Just Ok...

This dryer works very efficiently and dries my hair fast and soft. But it seems to overheat as average hair dryers do, and the power buttons could be relocated. I turn it off by accident with the current location. Will look for another one.

Rip-off!

I bought his drying thinking it was a-lot of money, but if it last, it would be worth it in the long run. WRONG
I had 3 in one year either fall apart or burn out. Then to top it off, my so called "life-time warranty" cost $35-$50 to replace. Explain to me how that adds up to Lifetime warranty? Piece of junk!

NOT GOOD FOR LONG HAIR!

THIS CHI HAIR DRYER IS LIGHTWEIGHT AND HAS GOOD PERFORMANCE WHEN DRYING SHORT HAIR, BUT IT'S NOT GOOD FOR LONG HAIR, IF YOU HAVE LONG HAIR AND WANT TO GET A HAIR DRYER, YOU'D BETTER GET A MORE POWERFUL ONE.

Lightweight, but not powerful enough!

I got this farouk CHI hair dryer last 19th, it's really lightweight, it feels good at hand. but I'm not so happy for its power, it blows not strongly enough and takes too long time to get my long hair dried. I gave it to my 11 years old daughter yesterday, I thought she would love it. suggestion for those who have long hair like mine do not buy this hair dryer, pick a powerful one!

Wondering

I got this chi hair dryer, but it didn't last long and died a week ago, it absolutely waste my money.
I swear I would rather buy a cheap, not ionic one than this pricy & short-lived hair dryer.
Anyway, I hope someone could recommend a hair dryer which does good job and has long lifespan, very gratitude!!

I thought it was as powerful as the users said, but it's not, it blows even slower than my last broken Solano.

Heating Element going...

I have had this Chi dryer since December 2006 and have loved it. Use it every day and have lately noticed it switches to cool air on it's own every few seconds. I'm guessing the heating element is going out which bums me out. Very expensive dryer but has lasted me longer than any other (3 yrs). Will probably buy another one or get it fixed.

I love CHI hair dryer!

This is my third hair dryer which was highly recommended by my sister, and I'm really grateful to both of them. This hair dryer is much more durable than the previous two, it has worked for more than 26 months already, and I should have bought this CHI hair dryer much earlier instead of using the previous two garbage dryers(both died in less than 6 months). My CHI hair dryer now still works like the new one, and I love the shiny hair it always creates for me, which looks also healthy and vigorous. CHI is the best, as same as it's evaluated.
