Heating Element going...

Use it every day and have lately noticed it switches to cool air on it's own every few seconds. I'm guessing the heating element is going out which bums me out. Very expensive dryer but has lasted me longer than any other (3 yrs). Will probably buy another one or get it fixed.

I love CHI hair dryer!

This hair dryer is much more durable than the previous two, it has worked for more than 26 months already, and I should have bought this CHI hair dryer much earlier instead of using the previous two garbage dryers(both died in less than 6 months). My CHI hair dryer now still works like the new one, and I love the shiny hair it always creates for me, which looks also healthy and vigorous. CHI is the best, as same as it's evaluated.

My daughter loves to use it

I bought this CHI ionic hair dryer for my daughter since she has thick medium hair. sometimes she was so lazy to dry her hair before going to sleep at night, I suppose it's because of the weight of our old hairdryer, it's kinda heavy for a little girl. so I got her this lightweight hair dryer, and the status has been changed, she loves to use it. so I have bought the right hair dryer, and it makes itself worth every penny.

I ask for not so much from a hairdryer, I just think a dryer would make the drying easy and not time-taking thing. My Farouk CHI hairdryer is able to get it done, so that's enough. :-)

It blows quietly!

My CHI hair dryer has most of the functions that the conventional dryers own, but uniquely it blows quietly, that's what the conventional dryers can't do. I don't like those noisy hair dryers, they feel so bad. This Farouk CHI hair dryer is really a good tool to have.

Very Lightweight Hairdryer

My dau could dry her hair by herself now, but I saw she's kind of tired when drying the hair with the dryer I use usually. maybe the dryer is too heavy for a girl of 11 years old, but my husband had bought this lightweight hairdryer for her, and now there's no complaint.

This is my 2nd Chi blow dryer that I have purchased. Twice now the heating element has burn't out. This leaves me very discouraged as I was giving it another go from the first time I bought a Chi. And now on top of that the department store I purchased the dryer from will not work w/ me on a return or store credit. Needless to say I will not be purchasing another Chi dryer, which is to bad since when it did function properly it was a great dryer.

Very fast dryer

My father bought me this hairdryer since I got long and thick hair a year ago. I hated to dry hair after shampooing, that's the very painful work actually, but this dryer had eased so much, though i still dont love to do the drying.

Seems not powerful enough

maybe i ask for too much, but i still think this CHI ionic dryer will be better if it owns more than 1300 Watts, though it does blow fast with a concentrator, but I prefer it to be faster, so that it could dry my hair in less time than now ( 15 mins). hair-drying is time-taking thing, you know~~~

I was just worried about the Christmas gift for my daughter, and now, i think this hair dryer is nice choice. my daughter's hair is too thick, but she doesn't like a short hair cut, I had to do the hair-drying job for her after shampoo, I hope this blow dryer could make her do the job by herself easily. I take this~~

I didn't know how a hair dryer has a improtant action to our hair, and I have no idea about the shiny hair, I didn't find out any difference in luster among my friends, I thought they were almost the same, until my friend told me that her hair was shinier than mine. she recommended her ionic CHI hair dryer to me, but I was scared by the price, I had never paid so much money for a hair dryer. but I finally ordered one for myself after deep consideration, and I prayed it wouldn't let me down. it wont disappoint andbody, of course, it created very silky and very shiny finish to my hair, really awesome! it's worth my paid, I recommend it, CHI ionic hair dryer!

I have very thick & wavy hair, I think this works well for those who have frizzy hair, but it didn't work on me, I found it just so so the same as the 20$+ hair dryer, nothing special, it only has its trait that it blew a little fast, did cut down the drying time, but not apparently.

I have never used such a light hair dryer, it did surprise me when I received it, and doubt how could it work well. But its first performance convinced me, it worked quietly, without any noise. Moreover, I like the concentrator nozzle, it makes the dryer blow very high-speed airflow, and makes me easy to style my hair. This CHI is a very nice dryer, I recommend it.

honestly, it made a good conjunction with hair care products that makes hair in healthy condition, no frizz at all. I’m Asian American woman with natural straight hair, I unlike to straighten or curl my hair. This CHI really do a great favor on my hair, it could make my hair very silky, and looks healthy. Also, it blow fast, using less than 10 mins to dry my long hair, that’s a very awesome job, I like this CHI, and recommend it.

I have use my aunt's CHI dryer, absolutely different from my dryer, it has a super fast drying ability, WILL you believe this CHI could blow dry the thick long hair in 12 mins? yes, it really can. I wanna order one, when I get my salary in cafe, cuz my mom is not gonna spend +100$ on a hair dryer for me, ER....

I purchased this CHI blow dryer 3mos ago, it's absolutely impressed my friend Roe S after she used it once. I love it very much, 2. It's lightweight make it easy to be managed and quieter enough compare to those normal blow dryers. I am not willing to spend my time on blow drying my hair, so I seeked a real hero dryer which could cut down on the drying time seriously. I was totally satisfied that it cuts down by at least 1/3 of the time I used to spend. The only one thing didnt pleased me is that the button isnt placed better enough for me, coz my fingers is kindda not long enough and turned it off sometimes by mistake, or maybe I should have bought another size, if possible.

CHI IONIC DRYER was one of the most popular hair dryers at that moment, many of my friends use CHI, so i bought one for its mysterious finish, it meant a lot to my frizzy long hair, and now, thanks for CHI IONIC, i own NON-FRIZZ hair, it's a great change, that pleased me ever...
