Dose blow drying upside down could makes the average straight hair be looked thicker? Are there any recommendations? If you don't want to spend a lot of money, ionic hair dryer is just fine.
For thick the hair, use some bed head volume shampoo or Redken. When your hair is still wet put a "little" mousses at the roots before your blow drying, but don't turn your head upside down until the hair is already 90% dry, or you will get a line across the back of your hair like when you have a ponytail in all day.
You should get a large round hair brush (with natural bristles with the holes in it) and dry your hair with it: raises the root as you dry giving it more volume with or without the mousses. It would takes a little more time but could makes the hair look much better. When blow dry the right side of head with medium heat, using your fingers as a brush to get some of the moisture out. At last, comb the hair with a round hair brush when it becoming damp to get a perfect hair drying. |
