MY CHI BLOW DRYER IS ACTING UP

Less than a year ago I bought a Chi blow dryer and flat iron (the breast cancer set). My blow dryer has been acting up. Sometimes it doesn't work other times it blows really slow. It always smells like somethings burning. What can I do? I paid a lot for this item.

I BOUGHT A CHI BLOW DRYER IN APRIL AND IT STOPPED BLOWING COLD IN MAY- i only could prove through a credit card receipt and they still would reimburse. i paid 100.00 for it on sale and its not worth 1 dollar!!! junk!!
