My Chi Turbo broke after two weeks...

Not long ago I received my Turbo Chi in the mail, which I did not have original receipt because it was paid by credit card. The red velvit is coming unglued and the ceramic part is off center, I tried to use it today but it would not turn on. I can prove I pain for it through by online bank receipt and I still have to box it came in
