Very Disappointed!!!!

i have a problem with my chi blow dryer. i only had it for 1 week and 1 day and it started blowing sparks and now it doesnt blow out hot air at all i purchased it a Cosmo Prof in elkton maryland on October 30, 2009 they wont exchange it i really dont think i should have to pay a $15 fee when i just purchased it and spent $75 on this dryer i would really appreciate it explanation for this and i would like if you would waive the fee because im already going to have to pay to have it shipp

i think you may call (888) 919-4247 for help. they said i could send my CHI hair dryer back and i got a new one when my CHI stopped blowing after 2 weeks use. you can have a try~ good luck
